As a member of the Albertina Rasch dance troupe, Otero appeared in several of the important musicals of the period, including “The Band Wagon” “The Cat and the Fiddle” and “The Great Waltz.” Gregarious and long-lived, she was the life of the party at the gatherings of the Ziegfeld club in the last decades of the 20th century.
