I installed 1 lap belt and 2 three-point shoulder harnesses in the front and 3 lap belts in the back. The photos below show how I created the attachment point for the upper shoulder harness pivot and the floor mounting plates for the retractors.

Upper anchor welded in place

Retractor floor mounts. Left bracket welds to bottom of floor pan. Right (top) bracket bolts thru floor pan into left (bottom) bracket.

Seat belt brackets. Two weld to bottom of floor pan for front center lap belt (as well as fixed inside end of 3-point harnesses). Four weld under back seat to anchor the 3 sets of lap belts in the rear.
