The goal here is to research and submit a grant proposal related to your final project.
You may explore a number of ways to complete this assignment of how grant funding
may relate to your project.

We will discuss various options and rhetorical strategies in class. Note these

Perhaps the most important part of writing a grant lies in choosing the right audience,
the
right funding source. So you will do well to assess your goals with regard to those
of the
grant and funding source. Next, follow the grant instructions as closely as if you
were sending
it in (which you may do for extra credit). Your PAM will discuss your research plan,
your
instructions, and your hopes that do not fit the format of the proposal itself.
The assignment has a dual goal. You must apply for a real grant (even if the
deadline has
passed), and you must not fabricate information. Your grant should be accurate,
true, and
