Some of my programs (id3ed, gvidm, cfv, nget) are available as official debian
packages, just use the standard apt line for your location:
deb http://http.<country>.debian.org/debian/ <dist> main <optional other sections>
eg. for people in USA:
deb http://http.us.debian.org/debian/ unstable main non-free contrib

For other programs I have created unofficial debian packages:

/etc/apt/sources.list line for debian sid:
deb http://www.dakotacom.net/~donut/programs/ ./

and for source too if you feel like it:
deb-src http://www.dakotacom.net/~donut/programs/ ./
